Westchase Health Clinic

Westchase Health Clinic is an Internal Medicine, Primary care doctor’s Office where you can make your Medical Home. Patient’s are seen by appointments and sometimes on a walk in basis. It is located in the West side of Houston at the Northwest Corner of on Richmond Avenue and West Hampton Road next to Home Goods and Target, behind Biolife Plasma Services. The parking is convenient and free. The Languages spoken by the friendly staff are English, Hindi Urdu and Spanish.

Ever since it’s inception in 2007, the clinic has grown considerably. A paperless fully automated Office with comprehensive Electronic Medical Record System has helped tremendously in improving patient care. Patient’s enjoy the Flexibility of same day appointments and the privilege to see the same doctor at each visit. Doctor Syed also follows her patient’s in the Hospital when admitted. This ensures continuity of their health care. The availability of on site blood work, EKG, Spirometry, Echocardiograms, adds to patient’s convenience. Access to the West Houston Hospital in close proximity eliminates transportation difficulty to sick patients, when a Hospital Admission is needed.
